ok i have a pain problem with my wrist i don't know if it's sprained or fractured or carpaltunnel or arthritis i just know it hurts alot and usually a few times a month for a week or two weird?? i don't have a doctor and don't want to go to a e.r. so i was wondering if anyone knows any good pain killers that won't show up on a drug test because i'm on probation any help would be great.
