One genuine concern & observation is the increasing volume of posts originating from alleged experts w/varying levels of professed medical expertise. Some overtly blatant and when historical posts are scrutinized it quickly becomes evident that the poster possesses merely the ability to cut & paste on-the-fly from the plethora of medical websites.
