Hey OkeyDokey1,

As far as I can tell from my Drug Handbook, Darvocet is acetaminophen and propoxyphene napsylate. Darvon-N is dextropropoxyphene and regular ol' Darvon is propoxyphene napsylate.

The difference between the two is that Darvocet has acetaminophen added, and Darvon also contains aspirin and caffeine.
