I think that the generic lortab 10/650 that you were taking was lorcet (which is the 10/650 version of hydro). I have taken lortab (10/500) and lorcet (10/650) and they both work similarly for me. I had taken lorcet for a few months thinking that the extra apap would be stronger for me...really, it was just unnecessary extra apap. I have since switched back to the Watson 10/500's which is better for my liver anyways. I personally have never taken the 10/325 norco's so I can't comment on those. The brand name Vicodin 7.5/750's have worked well for me before (just had them recently following dental work).
