Yea, I don't experience any euphoria from it. It just gives me energy to get things done (or at least it makes me get them done

). I don't take Hydro and Ultram at the same time. What I do that helps me out with the tolerance, is to take the Hydro for a period of time; and then switch over to the Ultram for awhile. This helps me (speaking only for myself here) with the tolerance issues somewhat.
