There is no answer for that as it is all about tollerances. If you look at many schedule II meds it clearly states they are only for opioid tollerant folks. What may not phase someone on the heavy hitting meds may shut down the breathing of another. For example fentenal lollipops (Atiq). A common dosage is 600mcg taken over 15 minutes. A very small person who has been on Oxy may not even feel. Someone else who weighs twice as much but with no pain killer experience may have decreased breathing or worse from this med.

As far as the maximum 24hr dosage, I believe that has more to do with the tylenol in it. (8) 10/500's in 24 hours, puts you at 4 grams of tylenol in 24 hours which is the recommended max dosage.
