Just curious. If you’re in severe pain and have built somewhat of a tolerance to the opiates whether it is Ultram/Hydro, what has been the most mg's you have taken at once? I know it says on many books/inserts that no more than 80mg a day is standard dosage, but just curious if I take more than my recommended "10mg every 4 hours" would be a huge dosage if I toke 2. I had a friend tell me once that his tolerance was to the point that he had to take 60mg of hydro (6 10mg pills) at once to get any relief and it never hurt him. Of course, at that point, his PM doctor changed his meds to a Sch 2. But, wanted to get some input from the group if anyone has every taken that much at once...
