This might seem ridiculous to you, but I take Exedrin PM several times a week, and it works every time. I have also had success with Valerian tea. Valerian is an herb chemically related somehow (supposedly anyway) to Valium. Many people find it very effective in treating anxiety and in getting to sleep. You can also get it in pill and tincture form. I'm not an actual insomniac, so maybe these solutions are too lightweight for you! Good luck |
