I've been taking 10mg of valium at night and the next day I have periods where I just can't stay awake! This feeling can last for a long time. Is this normal? does it have anything to do with pills long 36hr mean elimination half-life??? And exactly what does The mean elimination HALF-LIFE MEAN???
