Take your meds as prescribed. MS-Contin is a whole different universe from hydro. I'm glad you fell better but you don't want that analgesia to be ripped out from under you unaware. Trust me, it's a really nasty thing when you MSContin stops working. The whole idea of pain management is to never let that happen. With XR meds you must take your next dose before your last wears off.
