RFRED2003, i know someone who had a gran mal seizure after taking ultram. the neurologist couldnt find any other reason that he had a seizure other than ultram sometimes does that to people. He said later that he remembered feeling "strange" along with a headache, dizzy feeling just prior to having the seizure. He had no idea what happened until he woke up in an ambulance, where they told him that he had a gran mal seizure.

I guess the biggest worry is that you could be driving a car, or some other equipment where you could get hurt or worse! Since you allready decided to take it, just take the recommended dosage and dont go over that!
