concerta IS ritalin, just in a time-released form.

Cylert has some straight up serious potential side effects, and it is still a stimulant anyhow.

Ritalin and Adderall can be used highly effectively. But if it gets abused, it'd be easier to just shoot yourself in the head and get it over with. Cost less and less painful. I use adderall on work days and I would have been fired long ago without it. Getting it online however, will be impossible due to it's status of CII. Put together a list of the 38 some symptoms, document lots of stuff in your life that paralleled that, then go see a psychiatrist with that info.

Stimulants can be used safely, theraputically, and I highly recommend any treatment be given a vacation every weekend for at least 2-3 days, as tolerance builds quickly. As long as it's respected it can help or even rescue a career or life. Abused, a bullet would be a better option.
