I was about to tell you before your last post that with all the medications that you take, that could be the problem. With high blood pressure def don't take diet pills. They are a temperary solution anyway. As soon as you quit taking them the weight comes on. I know I have yo yoed as far as weight goes for a long time. I have went the whole gambit, diet pills, eating disorders which I won't get into, extreme exercising. What I think helps is life style changes, a balance of diet and exercise if you can find the willpower something I will admit I lack. Good luck to you!
