That's a lot of meds Private Realm. I more fully appreciate your original post. Given the number of meds and types of meds you are taking I certainly can't recommend anything. Sound like you must have a decent doctor.
I take a lot of meds also, but not so many that are so sedating. It seems that the question of a diet pill is best left to your doctor or maybe an OP, though I've not personally heard of them prescribing them - I'm pretty sure they would given proper documentation. IMO a diet pill may make things worse - just drag you down in the long-run.
Didrex and Phentermine are some popular diet pills which are available on every corner on the internet. Best of Luck
