Reasonable post - toe (theory of everything?). I've been thru Paxil, Celexa, Remeron and finally Effexor XR. For my neurochemistry, first two were awful - serontinitus - crawling out of my skin. Remeron was moderately effective, once you get beyond the sedation, which is horrific for first 2-3 days. Effexor XR works really well, but side-effect is insomnia, so I'm back to taking benzo (lorazepam) at night to help me sleep from Effexor XR. Go figure. Any benzo in daytime is too much for me, can't take the sedation.
