That is strange that you feel nothing from Valium. It has helped me tremendously! But from what I've gathered on this board, I think everyone is different in response to what actually helps their anxiety attacks. Loraz does nothing for me, while many people swear by it. Xanax helps me also, but it is a bit strong for me. It makes me very tired and feeling totally "out of it". But everyone is different...it may just take a few trials to figure out which is right for you.
