I have been having panic attacks, so when I got my general doctors appt I asked for Valium. I've been taking it a few weeks, and I can't tell a difference AT ALL. I don't get sleepy, still nervous, and all it does is make me feel worse. I thought benzo's were addictive? I have thought about trying Xanax. Is this stronger than Valium? Why is it addictive? Does it make you feel "euphoric" like the opiates? Or is the addiction factor something else?
