More seriously tho -- on "superhydrating" be sure (as mentioned above) make sure you check with your doc and see that it's not being caused my something else - also if you take a BP med or other similar diurectic make sure it;s appro to take that much H20 you may be defeating the purpose of the BP meds - good luck and keep us posted!
