wait a min, then wouldn't taking tagamet simply reduce tolerance to hydrocodone since it inhibits metabolism of it? well we know it increases blood levels of hydrocodone, but of course a higher dose of a drug overcomes tolerance, until one gets tolerant to the higher dose.
