I was wondering if anyone out there could tell me the difference between butalbitals and hydros. for killing pain. My doc. wants to change me from Lortabs to oxycontins, because I've built up a tolerance to the hydros, and I have to be on something for the rest of my life, just to live normally. But the oxy is so expensive ; I don't know if I could afford it since I lost my job. So I was going to ask him about the fioricets, and was wondering if anyone could tell me something about them.
