Re: Can't Stop Sweating

Usually if it is your blood pressure pills it would be getting chilled unless they are not working and your bp is rising out of control and then you would get hot. I have the same problem. I wake up in the middle of the night sweating up a storm and feeling like I cannot breathe and then most mornings it takes me a couple of hours to cool down. And then in the afternoon I get another hot flash. My husband calls me his hot mama but you know what? It is really not funny. I have done all the tests to check for menopause and they say I do not have it. I take bp pills, diabetes pills, zoloft, and then a pain pill now and again but they say that is not to blame either. Must be all in my head right? Not! It is a true feeling of burning up from the inside out. If your doc has any reasons for it please share them here, I am at a loss of what to do. I have tried hard candy, popsicles, everything to relieve the heat, but only time, a huge fan whereever I am and as few clothes as possible works for me. Sorry I could not be of more help, just in the same boat.
