Skelaxin was beyond worthless for me. Doc gave me a bunch of free samples, but it was like taking a placebo. Flexeril is the best med I've found and now that I take it 2-3 times a day, it doesn't turn me into a zombie anymore. Soma works okay, but doesn't stop the spasms that are generating much of the pain for me in the first place.
