the biggest reason people "think" it does not work. It is because wwe become so use to the euphoria that comes with short acting meds. We get used to the ups and downs with the SA med. we assume "ahhh alittle lite headed i am getting releife" while OC has wicked with drawl for the physical dependant patient it has less of a physcological aspect because we dont get those highs every copule of hours. it does work and work very well
