its just like dope in a pill....all of these opioids (pharms) stem from the opium gum they slit the bulbs on the poppy plant to get which is then refined into morphine,double refined into heroin they usually call opium,and heroin opiates and the medical more synthesized meds opioids but its all the same...hydromorphone,oxymorphone,and fetanyl (duragesic) are actually stronger then heroin mg for mg....so we all a bunch of propped up uppity dope fiends....hehehehhe...in new york the word dope means (heroin) only...i know in some other states they call all drugs dope or weed dope but dope is (heroin) here...ever read any of william burroughs stuff..his first book called junky about the old school junkies of the 50's..hehe..he rants and raves about the harrison narcotics act....heh...good book go fet it...
