I've taken Skelaxin. There are lots of side effects according to the literature that comes with the med. However, I experienced none. It did not make me drowsy but it did help my muscle spasms. I'd be more concerned about klonopin as far as drowsiness and sexual side effects. Then again everyones body is different, so it's hard to say. I was on Skelaxin for 3 months 3 X day. It worked much better for me than flexeril or soma but again, everyones physiology is different.
