I do feel very comfortable on my med regimen. All except the hydro are prescribed by my psychiatrist.

The Lexapro certainly helps with my depression (as does hydro, Lexapro and Ritalin!). My prescription for Xanax is for 0.5 mg but i tend to just take half at 0.25 and I use it mostly for panic attacks or a articularly stressful day i've had a lot of those lately)SO NO MORE!!!!
