I don't know about drugs purchased overseas, however! When I went to Mexico on vacation last year, cigarettes were cheap as all get out! I paid 14 pesos per pack (then the equivalent was 8.4-9.4 pesos per dollar... so, 14 pesos was approximately $1.50 per pack) for Marlboro's and Camels. Though, I'd smoke a pack there before bringing them home- while they're the same brand, they don't have the same taste. They're very moist- normally I smoke Marlboro's but preferred Camel's there as the flavor resembled Marlboro's here more than the Marlboro's did
