OK... I'm here at the Mexican border. Started slow the first day. Bought Clenbuterol at one pharmacy... guy said no script needed and cops would not hassle me. Bought Retin A in another pharmacy, and finally bought some antibiotics as I was not feeling well. Same story in all instances. Phamacist said script not needed, and I would be hassled only for narcotics.

I went to a vet pharm and discussed the depo test. He will sell it without a script, but suggested I not declare it. Cost not much less than what I pay at the pharmacy, so that is likely not worth the risk.

All would sell protonix, zoloft, without script, but I did ot buy. Just wanted to test the waters.

Customs asked what was in my bags, and I started with two balls, hair spray, pepto bismol... he stopped me there and said go through. They still X-rayed the packages, so if you have the foil blister packs of meds, they would show up I would think.

Will continue to keep you posted. Planning brief trip tomorrow prior to my meeting.

The locals were very nice. Lots of beggars, and lots of shopkeepers who try hard to get you into their shops. They are nice about it though. There are at least two pharmacies on the pedestrian walkway... I would be careful there. Prices are a little better if you get of of the main part of town... but be CAREFUL. Just because I had a good trip... there are no guarantees. I am 6'3", 255 lbs, but I was alone all the time, a couple of hours after dark. There is no shortage of helpful mexicans who want to show you to the best pharmacy, the best strip club, the best restaurant... for a price of course.
