yupper you can get dilaudid in TJ but its very expensive, and very difficult to find. last trip i made i spent 30 dollars on the 4mg tablets... i would take oxycontin over dilaudid anyday... actually what i would really like to find is some oxymorphone, im pretty sure its not available in mexico but it couldnt hurt to check
