D.R. caters to Yanks (us) and I'm sure you could find a wh*re that could show you a good time and probally point you in the direction of medicine , and maybe a little "toot-a-loot".

If you plan on going the wh$redog route, go to the fleamarket and buy a bunch of 5 dollar flashy watches. Use those instead of cash w/ the girl(with the whrs only).
