Seems that Costa Rica is a decently popular place for US citizens to retire to. I'm not sure if they are living in Costa Rica year round or just part of the year. I'd like to know how that works. I suspect they live there only part of the year, otherwise they would need to get citizenship or some sort of Visa to live there year round. Maybe if you own property there it's much easier to do that? Anyone have any thoughts on that?
