Now in spite of the hurricanes bashing the cayman islands, how hard is it for a US citizen to move to the caymens ? Is it possible ?
I know of several countries in central america ie panama, costa rica that have a great standard of living if you have a few bucks and its cheap and foreigners can own land no problem.
