Actually I know people that go to Mexico and get scripts and bring back meds such as ritalin, so I know it is doable. It is mostly people that can't afford medical help here and it is a lot cheaper in Mexico. As far as Adderall or Cylert, I don't believe you can get it there but I could be wrong. Also the people I know have a legitimate need such as ADHD kids. Yes definitely be careful, some places are really tough when coming back in the US. How to obtain it, I would assume you would visit a Mexican doctor and get the script and then have it filled. I don't think a bottle from the US would fly with the border guards with a C-2.
