This has been several years back. When I went to Mexico; which is not that far from where I live, I took a legal script from a U.S. doctor for Xanax and not one single pharmacy would touch it! I was told to get a Mexican doctor to rewrite the script or no deal!! My friend went to a doctor there and got a script for 50 Roche valiums.
He got it filled without incident. Unless, the laws have changed, we were told by several pharmacists that they would not fill U.S. prescriptions end of story!
