It depends on which state in Mexico you are in. Where I go they no longer sell oxycontin. Ambien,Valium and Xanax are the big sellers down there. For pain, morphine and codiene are about all you can get. No prescriptions are needed, but the prices have climbed quite a bit in the last 2 years. I never heard of any farmacias selling demerol, so I'll check when I go down in a couple of months.
