Thanks moon for the support, I was in a tizzy over this thread. It is far better to take your chances with IOP's than smuggling drugs over the Mexican border, which is what I am reading. That will get you busted big time if caught, key word, if caught.

Legally you can import over the border 50 units of a controlled substance, and 90 I think of a noncontrolled. There is no grey area here. I live close to Mexico and can tell others more "urban myths" but of course they want to believe that Mexico is one big ole candy store. At least I am not rotting in a Mexican prison for how ever long they want to keep me. No due process over there.
