That is scary Drew. Yep like I keep saying, go with friends never go alone. I have been in several 3rd world places and there are lots of people like that. I am surprised though about Cancun, I thought it would be better there since it is a tourist attraction. In Panama and South America, you can't wear jewelry or they will tear it off you. Very sad situation there. So much poverty.
