I like to try to get out to Cozumel when Im in Cancun, its not nearly as built up and as "amercanized" as Cancun is.

Ive never bought codiene in Mexico, so Im not real sure if its OTC(I dont think it is). I do know they have codiene w/out apap.

You are correct the 50 rule will not apply to your flight back to Galvaston. Galvaston is where you and your bags will be checked by customs.
