In Cancun they wont sell meds with out a docs script, unless its retin-a or the like. There are docs in the box on the main strip, stay away from these too $$$$. Downtown Cancun you can find several pharmacias, if you cant find the doc downtown they(the pharmacy) will gladly walk you to their doc of their choice(kick back).
