Well I don't know where you found it in Cancun! When I was there a few years back you could find anything you wanted except pills. It is too touristy nothing like TJ. You may get lucky in the flea market or by asking a cab driver but that's about it. Just my experience and I wasn't really looking that hard. Hope this helps...
